Many wouldn't realize that the more we do not plan, the more we spend money. Even in planning your weekly meals, we will be able to create money to spend in other important things in our household.
Where To Start:
1.Take a 1/4 or 1/2 sheet of a pad paper and on the left side, list down the meals you plan to cook for each day of that particular week. You can ask each member of the family one dish to ensure that foods will not go to waste. Check also your crisper and freezer what are still left, so you can plan the meal where you can use the leftovers. Your meals will mae you think how much time needed for the preparation.
Ex. Sunday - Kare Kare, Monday - Sinigang, Tuesday - Stir-Fry Brocolli, etc.
2. On the right space of the paper, list down the veggies you need for each recipe and how many pieces you will be needing. Remember not to buy more than what you need to avoid spoilage.
3. After the veggies, list down the protein you will be needing for the whole week. If you are using same part of the pork or beef or chicken, ask the vendor to portion it according to your need,
